Our 30 Years Business Plan and All We Intend to Accomplish

Welcome to "Revolutions do not expire" - your go-to solution for affordable home ownership and luxury low-income rentals. After successfully implementing phase 1 of our action plan, we are excited to introduce the second phase that will further revolutionize project management and housing solutions in Canada.

The Builders Assistant Software

Our revolutionary software, The Builders Assistant, has already proven to increase productivity and streamline processes for project management. With its expected release date of Jan 1, 2025, we are committed to helping you save significant costs while addressing the housing crisis. As well as make it a decision of how much you'd like to contribute in reguards to the size of work loads. Allowing you to choose how many units, how many locations, what style of home, hoe easily you allow you payroll system to be implemented ( for instance I believe the best and most efficient, safest payroll system is the project based salery which through our patented technology will calculate earnings for each employee and provide documentation every step of the way.not just for payroll but also search and provide the related permits you require, grants applicable, in my business plan I plan to leverage these capabilities to create opportunities for new home ownership in situations which previously were not possible due to insufficient down payment requirements. More specifically energy efficiency grants as my product can only create net zero buildings and the money the customer recieves after the fact can than be used to repay the loaned amount my company may be willing to provide pending the decision and the related information yet to be discovered. None the less this key attribute will play a pivotal roll in not only housing every Canadian citizen but balancing our banks with an unprecedented  strength unknown to any country as a much larger portion of our citizens comes home owners and individually gains financial strength allowing a much larger amount of inventive people to than have the ability to fallow through with their plans leveraging their house potentially it offers freedom, confidence and financial strength h the entire country will feel with such a massive change it would be impossible for others to ignore.

Phase 2 Action Plan

During phase 1, we focused on expanding our workforce to maintain a 100% housed status for Canadians. In phase 2, we aim to further enhance our offerings, providing custom home building designs tailored to your needs and offering affordable rates for home ownership and luxury low-income rentals. We accomplish this by gathering our highly trained employee's from across the country. As we include this mandatory requirement in our initial hiring and educating process to ensure this is possible. Although creates a situation requiring creative scout procedures and location choices through proper analysis and study I believe the many benefits our company has to offer new employee's will be enough to commit to 6 months every 2 years with their family's aloud to join. I will not be putting my employees in a sweat shop I will be providing hotels and k believe the large application and collaboration involved everyone involved should recieve some sort of incentive weather it is a 1a% tax cut that year the hotel provides rooms etc this is a nations problem with billions of dollars paid to it already with the future no longer requiring billions of dollars a year. I am sure once we reach this position in 18 years or so maybe I want to allow the companies to expand more or gain their footing a specific phase 2 initiation date I can only say I would like to be within 5 years of the expansion completion with the unknown factor of the time required to complete the housing of the homeless with additional factors such as employee's maneuverability. Meaning how often can we uproute this mass of employees and house them in another city needing them, how long is this planning procedure financial savings etc this is how we accomplish it I cannot speak to any additional financing or assistance. If it is myself on my own I would expect a city every 10 years at $500,000,000 with the annual profits of $50,000,000 and the expected costs to house the homeless between $500,000,000 and 1 billion in each city. With the countries current expenditures in the field I believe this is a substantial savings. to be alive to see the completion of it my intentions are to make it possible as well as many other benefits I have planned fallowing in the 30-60 years plan. I intend on creating a work program in which the homeless are aloud to join singularily meaning one homeless or 1 volunteer per crew. I also have a Payschedule for my employee's on their regular builds and than a lesser cost effective Payschedule to assist with all the hotels and related expences paid out to pay all costs required, the simple house designs and the construction methods already started provide the understanding that these highly trained crews will be able to build these homes at a rapid rate and if they recieve $5,000 ( individually) - 15,000 as the 3 employees building them in a 2-3 week period with their expences covered it is comparitive to an while not being much smaller than a regular home at 30x30 -20x30 the costs to build fall under $100,000  with expected $70-80,000 for the 3 family member full home and as low as $60,000 for smaller versions although these numbers will most definitely be revisited likely many times prior to arrival. I expect a fallow up work program will be required to allow any individuals capable of continued work fallowing the opportunity through job placement programs with seperate companies to provide the opportunity to for repayment. I believe if this is handled correctly once this task has been completed the billions of dolllars no longer needed for the housing industry could provide individual home care services for the individuals who require it and are suited for this to create the optimal health care provisions. This would allow the correction in those who are decided not to be in eligable for public care services and are better suited for more secure facilities. Is not my call but a possible benefit as an example as I expect their are many many others to be utilized. If it is not obvious I would like to point out. The continuation of required services needed as one is no longer it simply creates the opportunity to take the next step in our evolution and not something to be feared with only positive outcomes and a new start up program would allow many innovative opportunities I am sure. To be further explained in part 3 as we take this to every industry.
